Not sure what it does exactly but I re-enabled that one as every other user has it. I had also noticed that an add-in has been stopped. The solution to this can be found here on the Technet site Opens a new window The user had 3 others mailboxes stuck on the left pane that they no longer needed access to, after removing them from the accounts settings (email tab -> select email and click change-> more settings -> advanced tab) they were still there although they no longer could see the contents. In the sharepoint lists tab the user was trying to sync a task list from a sharepoint site, removed this Removed this from the account settings -> data files I investigated the users folders & found they had an archive PST in a mapped drive that no longer existed. Outlook would open for about 20 seconds, freeze up and close/crash.Īll solutions were done via control panel -> Mail 32bit. This is what i did to get outlook 2013 from continually crashing.
